PETS

1. we love our furry friends but you must keep them on a leash at all times while in the park.

2. they must sleep inside with you! we will not allow outside kennels of any kind or chaining of pets.  

3. please clean up after them.

RENT AND LATE FEES

1. while we are lax in many ways and work with you the best we can, you can expect a 20 dollar late fee to be added to your rent on the third day.

2. no refunds on monthly sights.

WHILE YOUR HERE

1. we are not liable for damages, lost or stolen items, or injuries 

2. absolutely no drugs or paraphernalia of any kind is allowed. alcohol is allowed but please drink responsibly 

3. please keep your speed under 10 mph while in the park

4. you will be asked to leave if you can not maintain a clean campsite after 3 warnings 

5. no sheds or storage rooms allowed in campsites

6. absolutely no smoking inside any of our facilities, if you smoke outside, please dispose of butts properly or take them with you

7. we are all neighbors here! if you can not be friendly to your neighbors we will ask you to leave. 

8. please respect our landscape, we take great pride in our labor of keeping it tidy.

9. we have the right to refuse any camping unit.

10. camper units must be in good shape, no boarded up/busted windows or torn siding.
